You can trust local

We'll give you a smile that's worth talking about

Our office accepts any PPO insurance plan. No HMO’s or Medicaid are accepted. We participate as preferred providers for the following plans:

Delta Dental

Anthem / Blue Cross *Blue Shield

If you have an insurance plan that we participate with that means you get reduced fees for some procedures. Even if we do not participate with your insurance plan it still pays a percentage of our regular fees. You may find that our regular fees are better than many other offices after it is all said and done. To ensure coverage by your provider, please call our office at (540) 373-6557 to confirm your insurance plan is accepted with Burns Family Dentistry. We operate as a fee for service practice so you are responsible for your portion of our fees the day service is rendered. We are happy to answer all insurance questions you may have for us prior to your visit.

Electronic Claim Processing

Burns Family Dentistry utilizes electronic claims processing. This means that rather than sending your dental claim through the mail, it is sent electronically to your insurance company with the click of the button. By filing your claim electronically, information is submitted more efficiently and with fewer errors. This benefits our patients because the turn around time on claims is faster and fewer claims are returned or denied. We are happy to submit your dental claims on your insurance company on your behalf as a service to you.

Payment Policy

At Burns Family Dentistry, you may pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurance plans.

To discuss payment options or insurance coverage, please call us at (540) 373-6557. Our team will be happy to talk with you about payment options for our services. For your convenience, we kindly accept Care Credit at our office.
